Boston Strong

The Boston Red Sox made a heartfelt and touching tribute to all the victims and heroes involved in the Boston bombings. The game started off with a video of the aftermath of what happened after the bombings and in the city of Watertown. The law enforcement was then ushered out onto the field and honored for their good work, and then there was a moment of silence for the victims of the bombings. The announcer spoke very touching words and emphasized the unity in a time of crisis. The whole opening to the Red Sox game was an excellent tribute to the unfortunate events of this week. Everyone is encouraged to stay strong, Boston strong. The Red Sox ended up winning this game dedicated to the events of this week against the Kansas City Royals by one run. The final score was 3-4.
